Stationery
Printed essentials — business cards, letterhead and envelopes. The system is deliberately spare: ink, paper white and a single hit of Semji pink, set in Rubik.
Email signature
One template, set in Rubik, with a single pink divider — copy it straight into Gmail or HubSpot.

Text-based, not one big image, so it renders everywhere — symbol avatar, name, company & role, then email, phone, and a LinkedIn + “Book a demo” row. The logo and LinkedIn icon are hosted PNGs (mail clients drop SVG).
Make it yours
Add your details and copy in the right format — rich HTML for Gmail’s editor, raw HTML for HubSpot’s source box.
Business cards
Two-sided: a calm ink front and a pink-symbol back.

Do & don’t
Restraint is the look — let the paper breathe.
Do
Keep one logo per surface and plenty of clear space around it.
Set all type in Rubik; use ink on white and white on ink.
Supply vector (PDF/SVG) artwork with 3 mm bleed for print.
Use the pink symbol as the single accent — usually on the card back.
Don’t
Crowd the layout with multiple logos, taglines and patterns.
Print the pink as screen RGB — build it in CMYK/Pantone.
Swap in decorative or script fonts for names and details.
Shrink the logo below its minimum size or place it edge-to-edge.
